Reporting a problem with a file

To help us find the cause quickly, please tell us:

• which tool you used (for example, Video to Text);
• the file type and roughly how long it is (for example, MP4, 12 minutes);
• whether you processed it on your device or on our server;
• your browser and device (for example, Chrome on Android);
• the exact error message, if one appeared.

Please don't attach the file itself or its transcript. If a sample would help, we'll ask, and you can decide whether to share it.

Privacy requests

To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.
